Sterilizing Plants

I have several cuttings of Amydrium species 'Ginny' in my red eye treefrog tank. I want to move them to another vivarium with a different species of frog. The red eye's are wild caught, so I'm sure that they're carrying all types of "beasties."

How can I "disinfect" the plants. The plants have no soil on their roots since they're rooted in Leca. I was thinking of rinsing them in a diluted bleach solution. Would this do the trick? What ratio of water to bleach should I use?

Thanks!
