Yeah I still have been pondering what to bring? If people could list what they already have coming maybe it will help me decided what I need to bring to fill any gap their might be.

What time does it start anyway?

I'm supplying a big vat of pancake batter and will be cooking on the gridle for breakfast. Mix-In's for same will be; Wheat Germ, home-grown blueberries, strawberries, and any other fruits I can find in the freezer.

I'll be arriving at 0600 to get the griddle warmed up and get the coffee on.

0700 set-up/meet-greet

0900 "official" start time

1130 chow

1200-1230'ish guest speakers

1300 free to do whatever

I'll likely be busy most of the day moving the 3 cubic yarsd of pro-mix and ton of gravel into the (now completed) raised planting beds.

Anytime durring the day anybody feels up to it... There are various clean-ups on-going. Rake leaves, clean-out planting beds, plant flowers in same, pick up wind-fall/brush.

For insurance concerns, I will be the only one authorized to operate non-human-powered tools. I'll have a (small) mantis tiller on hand, as well as rented nice big leaf/brush mulching machine to make use of any material we get up off the ground as mulch.

I'm bringing forks/knives/spoons and a dish or two.

I am bringing trash bags and havent decided what to bring to eat yet.
