Would be helpful to know how much of the plant is affected. Could be from mechanical damage while up-potting.

If it is just mechanical damage I'll feel pretty foolish if it grows out of it :D

All the lower branches are effected, and it is spreading upwards quickly. After a few hours in the sun, major wilting and blackening off/curling of the leaf edges on the upper branches. Where not crisp, it has a slimey feel to it. It has also started occuring on my peppers.

I am leaning towards a fungus or bacteria and have started a treatment to see if it respond positively.
