tomato plant snaped at ground

My green zebra was just bit complety thru its main stem apparantly by a gopher. It was right at ground level, he didnt even eat any of the plant. Just cut it down... I think it has a good chance of growing back, what do you guys think? I can see some roots near the stump. It was a straggly seedling so I had buried the stem horizontally when planted.

I figure itll grow faster then a new transplant because of the established roots, munched by gophers as they are.
