worms on tomato leaves

Hi,

Some tiny, green inchworms have been eating up the leaves on my tomato plants. The worms are generally small, but I did see one that was almost 3" long. They inch up their bodies which is why I guess they are inchworms. There are also little white dots on the leaves which I think must be eggs? How do I kill these little buggers?
