I use tape (duct or masking tape) to pull squash bug eggs off the back of squash leaves. Kinda like waxing or fly paper. Works on bugs you find close together too. I put them in a zip lock before I dispatch them. Will that help?

I use duct tape as well. Works great for squash bug eggs as well as groups of nymphs. I just fold the duct tape onto itself, stomp it and then toss it. I knock the bigger ones into a cup or pick them off by hand then stomp 'em.

I didn't mention these eggs are on top of the soil. I put out a new 4X4 and was able to pick an incredible number of them off by hand. But they're on my lawn and in the other boxes. There's no way I can pick them all off. I just envision some mass attack when they all hatch and was hoping there was something that could kill them.

"Of course, I don't want to use any chemicals on my gardens. What can I do before everything's ruined? "
