I'd be real surprised if anyone sells moss locally. Check out somewhere like Moss Acres (www.mossacres.com).

If you have a small amount of moss on your property, or someone you know does, you can always do that thing with the blender and buttermilk (or whatever it is). Here's a link:

Yeah, I guess that would depend on whether you just wanted plain ol' moss or one of the many nifty varieties available, and, what type you had already.

Yarrow Acres on Main Street in Franklin sells moss for terrariums. I've noticed that the moss in my yard grows in damp grass-less areas. It's on the ground, on the rocks, on plant pots. Look around your yard. You may have some growing there already. Buttermilk, moss and blender is good advice. Good luck.

I was there with my garden club. Several said the same moss could be found growing in the wild, so I'm guessing it's harvested locally.
