We are supposed to get it Sunday...

This was the result of the last big tropical storm Chantal that hit us last summer. I moved the garden but rebuilt the strawberries.

Yet us hope the Hanna is kinder and gentler than Chantal was!

As disorganized as Hanna is, I'm not convinced she's not going to still come back and hit SC! And who the heck knows what Ike's gonna do. Thankfully, I'm mid-state so the most we'll get is bad rains, although that's bad enough since we have drainage issues. Our back yard tends to look like Lake Murphy after a good rain. (Murphy's our last name...and we live near Lake Murray.)

Mike - are you NUTS?!? You got awfully close to those flood waters in that video! I guess I'm just a skeerdy-cat about a lot of things. ;) (By the way, cute doggie. I love love love dogs. And animals in general. More than people often times.)

Mike, OMG that lovely little creek flooded that much! We were just discussing that the other day too! Ouch.

The forecast for Sunday is now only 5mm of rain which is not a lot at all.
