Last year this started happening to our tomatoes and this year it's back

Claire, that doesn't look like typical BER to me. It looks more like slug or hornworm damage as in chewing and scarrinbg over.

I can see the tip of that fruit and that's where a typical BER lesion would be and I see none. And BER spots usually don't cave in like that, they are more contimous with the surface unless rot sets in and then it's rot, not like what you show.

You say that ALL your fruits look like this?
