I'm pretty sure all of these were done with the same lens, but the camera is a Nikon D70 DSLR. The lens was the Nikkor 70-200mm f2.8G AFS VR. (I think I got all the numbers and letters in there.)

While the gear doesn't make the shot, it does make getting the shot easier sometimes.

Wow! The photos are great, So clear. I had my 1st DPD bloom today. I wish I could take a photo and post it.

Thanks for telling me to save the seeds. I had no clue.The photo looks just like the flower I have. Is that a seed pod in the lower right corner?

Yep. That's it. These have a tendancy to mature slowly so if they haven't matured before the first frost, cut the seed pods off and take them inside to dry.
