Looks like it could be early blight. If it is, I suggest you get rid of the damaged foliage and spray them regularly with Daconil (which is an Ortho product that now goes by the name of Ortho Desease Control).

I'm not so certain the problem is a disease, this because every leaf has brown edges. That's not what disease does.

Also, the peppers -- with their somewhat crinkled leaves -- look a tad stressed.

Perhaps the problem is simply a shortage of water? To check for that, stick a trowel in the soil and look, then feel.

I am absolutely positive that Its not water shortage. I water everyday. Peppers seem to be like this always. I even had preventive fungicide, miticide, insecticide regularly. Not sure why one of the tomatoe plant should suffer this.

I will give the ortho product a shot. Do you think it will recover when the whole plant has damage. Or should I get rid of the whole plant? I would feel terrible because it still has several tomatoes in it..

You might also be overdoing it...especially the spraying....all those 'preventatives'...what exactly, and when, are you spraying?

I just sprayed insect control when I started seeying holes all over the leaves. Once that stopped, I started seeying good folliage with all my veggies. Since last 2 weeks, I started seeying spots on the edges of my tomatoe plant. Two of them are showing this effect so far. I then sprayed with standard fungicide that I got from HDep. I guess I could try Daconil as my next step.

I did realize now that Ive been spray watering my vegetable garden and wetting the leaves instead of watering on the soil line. Perhaps that did not help my case.

Well, do check the soil....8 inches down....and let us know how it is....what type of soil do you have?

Yes the problem is severe with just 1 plant. Another one showed signs but still remains the same. The remaining 4 look very healthy.
