Something has been chewing on the sunflower hedge :(.We found a rolled up leaf with a white web and a small skinny blackworm.I can't remember if it was hairy or had other colors on it.But we picked it off immediately.Then i felt awful thinking it might of been a small caterpillar ?

I also have a question about milk weed.There are loads of what I thinkis milkweed in the garden so I haven't let my husband pull them out when weeding but I think we are gonna have to cause its getting into the veggie rows.When you pull it is there supposed to be a root ?These seem to come out easily but I don't see roots.I am guessing its milkweed cause alot of milky substance comes out of the ends but its low growing.I thought milkweed was tall ?I love butterflies!

Does it transplant well ? Should I dig further ?
