I am interested in growing Fusirum Wilt. Resistant Varieties.

Fusarium wilt resistance (really, at best it's a tolerance) is generally denoted in most seed catalogs by the letter 'F'. For example, if you go to the TGS website and look through the varieties, you'll see several. They are all hybrids. If you see two 'F's, (FF), that indicates tolerance against both race 1 & 2. For example: Bush Celebrity VFFNTA Hybrid, Big Beef VFFNTA Hybrid.

I don't think there are even any known OP varieties that formally meet the testing criteria to be called 'resistant' to Fusarium wilt, but don't hold me to that (there may be a couple).

Someone like Craig may be able to give you some insight as to which OP varieties tend to do better in terms of at least somewhat tolerating or lasting longer as his soil is Fusarium contaminated.

There are three races/strains of F. wilt, and if you go to the UC IPM website, it will even tell you what races are prevalent in what areas of California.
