My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Clearly NOT Thornbird iris! I was out taking pictures this morning and this is what I saw behind my Thornbird iris. I know it was not there yesterday. Is this a mushroom? GOOD GRIEF, it looks scary and dangerous! I have never seen the likes of anything like it.
