source for monkey topiary frame?

My wife saw a hanging monkey topiary at a nursery and fell in love with it. The problem? It cost $150. Does anyone know where we could buy a frame to make one of these ourselves? How do you plant something like this? The one we saw was covered with what appeared to be spaghnum moss interplanted with creeping fig vine.
