The Limerock Dream is the one I'm chancing it with the most. I have Verbena bonariensis but it should reseed if it doesn't come back on its own. Homestead Purple will come back but may migrate...I take cuttings and overwinter a couple just in case. I think it can get too wet in the winters which causes it to rot. Good drainage is very important.
I've had black and blue salvia come back if its in a protected spot. I had it nestled near a butterfly bush, of course it may have just reseeded I don't know for sure!

The Verbena bonariensis has reliably come back for me every year. That is the only thing I have on your list. If I just had to have something that was iffy zone wise, I would plant it close to the house for the extra warmth if possible.

Black & Blue Salvia - has come back for about 4 years now - I love this plant
Verbena Homestead - this is only my second year with it, but it came back well - I do think drainage is key
I have a calla lily with variegated foliage and a yellow bloom that comes back reliably, but don't know if that's what you have

Hrm...i'd say my Dwarf Banana Tree & Dwarf Lime Tree are my 2 major zone pushers. =)

tn veggie, where did you get your dwarf lime trees? How are they growing and what do you plan do to with them this winter?
I normally dont plant anything higher than zone 6, even tho I'm 7a according to some sources. I want my efforts for perennials to be rewarded. However, as I gain more garden experience, I'll probably push the boundries a little more. For me, my Chinese wolfberry is pushing it!
But seriously, curious about lime tree- LUV limes.
