They usually plant impatiens. They are annuals, and you can find them at any nursery -- but this is a bad time of year to be looking for them, since it's late in their blooming season.

You can also do orange/white in many other kinds of plants. For instance, zinnias (annual) come in orange and white, as do coneflowers (perennials). For this time of year and later into the fall, chrysanthemums (perennial, but usually used as annuals) would be a good choice. And so on!
