Here in B'ham all the Home Depot stores have them, so I would surely think that their stores in Montgomery would offer Trachys too.

Also, if there are any K-mart stores still in Montgomery, check with them also, as all the K-marts here in B'ham have had Trachys & Washingtonia robustas this spring.
