trying to identify a ginger

Does anyone know if this ginger might be Zingiber officinale? If not, any suggestions as to what it might be? When it does flower the flower is small and white but not a large or pretty flower.

I don't know what it is but it looks like it's doing really well. I just started growing a ginger this year. I wish I had some more. Is your's easy to grow and care for and what zone are you in.

Looks like Hedychium to me, except that flower description

It is a Hedychium. Looks like it is budded and once it flowers the color will help guide you closer to the variety. 'Dr.Moy' is variegated(white streaks in the leaves).

I grow both. Hedychiums bloom at the tops and Zingiber officinale blooms at the base - the flowers just poke their heads up above the soil level and they look completely different than the Hedychiums blossoms.

It blooms in fall,white sweet fragrance to it from the terminal buds with flower lasting 1-2 weeks. It may be called white ginger.
