I wish! I do know that Ellenburg's has needles and trachys. I have not seen sabal minor here yet, though they have been planted on the ag campus and at the UT convention center. Have you seen them? One is already producing seed;) Not sure what your funding situation is there (not to be nosy). Maybe when I have a little extra money I could buy one and donate it!

Yes I have seen the ones on the ag campus. It's been a few months since I saw them, and I don't think there was any sign of seeds back when I looked at them. I'll have to check them out again the next time I am in that area.

So far as funding goes, I need to give that more thought. Right now my project is funded solely from my personal money. In other words, I don't even think it would qualify as a "shoestring" budget. LOL

One day, I'm hoping that I can even attract volunteers, but that is some time away. I think I have to get the place to the point that it has the beginnings of something nice before anyone will want to jump on board.
