My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

what kind of flooring is this exactly? This is one of the prettiest wood floors I have seen in a kitchen...does it hold up well?

Thanks for your question. The flooring is Southern Yellow Pine. Its fairly durable but its still a softwood so its susceptible to some dings and dents.

Its also not super expensive to buy SYP in wide plank, and easy to finish on site.
