soil test results

Hello All I just got back my soil results from the University testing labs today and I am a little concerned with the numbers. For taking samples from my small garden 15x20ft

I used a hollow pipe driven 6 inches several spots around the garden extracting soil plugs. All my numbers were in the very high range except Nitrogen.

(P) 40 PPM (K) 228 PPM (Ca) 2909 PPM (Mg) 312 PPM Nitrogen was the exception with a reading of (17) PPM. Soil PH is (6.5) Buffer is (6.8)

The only thing I added to the soil just before winter was a little lime. I had a pretty decent crop of Tomatoes for the last three years but donÂt know if I will be getting good results with these numbers. I am open to any and all suggestions from my fellow Tomatoe addicts. I remember the old saying that you can always add to something but can never take away so I hope this is not the case with soil nutrients .
