The earthtainer containers are cool, I use home depot buckets with holes punched in the sides for drainage. I use SWC for my corn, carrots, radishes and beets but I am no longer after this season. I think checking the soil moisture is a better alternative. Someone posted that plants need to get thirsty in between waterings and I think the SWC put too much moisture in the ground for non vining plants. Corn is loving it, root veggies not so much so far. My buckets and styrofoam coolers are going great!
