My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Merry Christmas fellow Texans.I have red yucca seeds for sasbe. I posted over on the seed exchange and I seem to have lots more than I thought I did after putting them in envelopes. I will send at least 25 seeds per envelope.
