These are showing up on my Joe Pye Weed in the early AM hours, then are gone when it gets sunny. Sorry for the poor exposure, but that's the best I can do.

Last year it was covered in gold colored aphid type bugs, but none this year, just these black/gold fuzzy creatures. Any suggestions?
