They are all beautiful, but that Variegated coral bean tree is about the brightest and prettiest variegated plant I ever saw!!!! It's a 'WOW' for sure. How tender is it?

Roselee, it is VERY tender! Last winter, the first winter I've had it, I but it in the RV barn anytime the temp was predicted to go below 35, and it still suffered about 50% stem die back. Lowest we got last winter was 28.

Oh darn, I was afraid of that. BTW, do you have the variegated tapioca? It's a beauty, but pretty tender too. I couldn't keep it going.

Roselee, I did have variegated tapioca but lost it in the hard winter of '09.

That variegated Coral bean tree is very colorful. They grow as medium size trees in Venezuela. They look even more striking when they bloom (bright red spikes). Thanks for posting.

Omar

Thanks Omar, mine hasn't bloomed, probably because I get that stem die back from the low temperatures.

I love variegated foliage plants. I have the variegated tapioca plant, I got one for Albert and me, when they were marked down, its lost its leaves but is alive. The only rare variegated foliage plant I have is the variegated iron plant. Billie gave it to me, I had never seen it before. Barbra
