Oh, man, that hurts. I didn't think anything could kill Pothos. Isn't that why it's called devil's ivy???

That was REALLY beautiful! So sorry you lost it.

Do plant another one :-)!!!!

Bummer. I suppose the only encouragement I could offer is the possibility that the bitterness of loss is what helps make the victories taste sweet?

Oh Jim, that plant was always so impressive when we would see it in a pic, but you get to shop for a new one and the thrill of watching it get huge

I think I started training it up the tree in 2003. My wife got it as a retirement gift in 2002. Here's a picture from spring 2005, when I started building the garden beds. I bought a new one last week, in a 6" pot. It'll take a while. Ha!Ha!
Jim

Jim, I have a couple in my plant room that spilled out over their containers onto the dirt floor, and they have climbed up the walls of the room and the leaves are huge. It was just the normal size pothos when it started evolving. It was so interesting for me to watch in a climate where they cannot be grown outside. I hope this new one takes off and runs with it .......... the other one was so beautiful.
