OT Internet connection

Hi all,

I don't visit the VA board as I live in PA, but my nephew recently moved to Richmond as he transferred to the VA National guard reserve. He has no phone line -- just a cell and is looking for a really cheap internet service. Any suggestions would be great.

Does he have a cable TV connection? If no cable and no phone, then I guess he'd be looking for wifi?

If he has cable then he can get a broadband internet connection with the cable company. He should check with the cable company to see what they offer.
