White worms, not threads, in bin

20 years ago

What are these guys? They are very small, white, and the larger ones (still only 1/4") look to have anteneas. They ball up when disturbed. What are these critters? I want to identify them so I can see if they are safe to feed to my guppies. Any good picture sites of common bin visitors?
