Before you start your second level, the 1st level should be full (the bottom of the second bin should make contact with the bedding of the 1st bin). You'll probably have to wait longer, since more than 2 months is required (usually 3 - 4 months). Once you're ready to add your 2nd level the worms from the 1st level will slowly start migrating to the chow in the 2nd level. By the time you're 3rd level is full, your 1st level should be ready to harvest. Hope this helps.

I'm sworry,what do you mean by full,full of what,it is already full?

Second level:do i do the same as i did in the beggining?

Food,paper,cardboard,cocoanut fiber and such?So do the worm's "sleep" in their own casting?

Will there always be "stuff" in the finished product?,or just castings?

If most of the visible bedding has been consumed in the 1st bin it will be full of "vermicompost".The worms will keep working on what is left in there for several more weeks/months. By then, you will have mostly castings.

So, if you're 1st been is already full of vermicompost and the second bin's bottom can easily make contact with what is left in the 1st bin, then you can start adding food and bedding into the 2nd bin. As mentioned earlier, the worms will slowly start migrating to the second bin.

After the second bin is full of vermicompost the 1st bin's contents will start to look more like castings. If you wait even longer (after the 3rd bin is full) the 1st been should be mostly castings. I hope this clears things up for you;-)
