anyone buy from Rainbow Worms?

Just wondering, if you were satisfied with your purchase.

I need some worms to restart vermicomposting, now that I own a house/yard again.

I was pretty happy with my worms. But then again they free from my compost heap.

The linked to commercial website at least has going for it
labeling the worms with the latin name and a picture showing what they consider to be one pound of worms.

Selecting worms from nearby is always better than from far away if shipping.

A pound of worms should be about the same size as a pound of hamburger. This is after the bedding is removed. With bedding it should weigh more.

They're a small, family-owned company with a good reputation. I'd also echo everything equinoxequinox said.

I've head great luck with them as well. I had a order in December and noticed several weeks later that one of the trays had a crack in it. After sending them a photo they immediately sent another tray. A+
