I did a search on Alaska and $7 on this forum and came across a reference to someone out of Mt. View AR selling cheap worms. I then did a google search on Mt. View AR and worms and came up with the link below. I've never ordered from this outfit and can't say one way or another if they are any good.

This is from their catalog page.

Thank you, Kerry, that is the one I was looking for, shucks, I had been tryin' , but just could not seem to find the right search words. Some one else mentioned that they were ok, so we will see. Jeanie

I went onto my local forum and asked if anyone in my area happened to have a surplus of worms. Sure enough, 3 people did.

look for people raising waxworms, mealworms, etc. for reptiles near you. they have it cheap. i got mine at the pet store today as food for reptiles. 50 for $2.99.

But if you do that, make sure you get the right species. They don't always know.

Thanks for the help, I went to the $7 a lb. website, and I ordered, the worms are the red wigglers, I also got a good supply of potworms in the order.

oh they were the right ones alright. i've looked at enough worm pictures online and asked enough questions before i bought them! LOL
