I've never ordered from that company but it did take about a week and a half for my shipment of worms to arrive from the place I ordered mine from so they may get there soon.

Did you at least receive a conformation e-mail that they received your order? Also, have you contacted them? They have an e-mail listed on their page so you might want to try that and ask about your order. If you don't get a reply nor do your worms arrive after a few more days then I would look at contacting paypal. Good Luck and hope they get there soon.

I did get an email from the place stating that my order had shipped (that was Thursday), and that she would give me the shipping information once she had it. This is what made me suspicious: don't you get that info when you ship something? Since that email, she has not contacted me again.

Based on the overwhelming # of posts to my question, it seems no one has actually ordered from this company.

So, I guess I'll give them another week & then I will most definintely contact PayPal.

I believe there is a law (not sure if in all states) that all live animals should be shipped in Express mail to ensure they do not die in the process.. (There was an article in OrlandoSentinel.com yesterday or today about chicks shipped in regular mail and many of them died)

So I did receive my worms via express mail in 1-2 days.

Just an update: I did (finally) receive my order, in perfect condition. There was apparently an address error which delayed delivery.

I didn't want any future viewers to think that this company wasn't trustworthy. I would definitely order from them again! They turned out to be a pleasure to do business with.

They offer FREE SHIPPING on many items (including worms, I believe).
