do you have a Master Gardener or Master Composter group in the area? any local govt body have anything going in the way of compost education programs? got a local garden group of some type? cast around!! how hard can it be? :)

Try asking for some on the yahoo groups Freecycle. Just go to Yahoo.ca and then groups and search for Calgary Freecycle or reverse the name around. I am sure you will get some for free possibly. The citys works department may be able to help you or at least give you direction.

Have you inquired with Boreal Wormer? He may have worms or know of a reputable supplier north of the border. I prefer using people I know and trust as sources to refer people to.
