Please help identify this vine!!!

I need help identifying this creeping vine. It is invading my garden and I am not sure if it is a weed or a plant. It is prickly/fuzzy to the touch. I live in Southern Maryland. I'm not sure if this was planted or not because it was not there last year. PLEASE HELP!!!!
