dallas source for eastern red cedars

hi everyone,

i need a screen from a park trail the city just built behind my house. my lawn there is not sprinklered, so i'm thinking of eastern red cedars. but they seem to be $100 for a 4ft tree in the local nurseries.

whats a good dallas source for 2-3ft trees?
