Freckles - we can't tell from your post if you have a question or not. Are you looking for information on how to grow tomatoes? If so there is a lot of it here to read through.

Are you open to discussing the problems with your methods or would you prefer to just experiment and see what happens?

Beefmasters are big plants. I'm not sure how well they will do in upside down pots, but you've set up a watering system and that may help a lot. I've never put only peat moss into a pot, but I've mixed that into soil and used it. IT's a good moisture retainer.

It is 90 percent peat moss and 10 percent cow manure

My Mom wanted me to set her up

So I went and she had 3 pepper plants and 1 tomatoe plant

I went and got 3 bags of that 1 percent cow manure and 90 percent peat moss and hooked up 4 dribblers from her Air Conditioner (Swamp Cooler)hose

since I dont have time to do the every day Miracle Grow at my moms

I got some of those tiny Miracle Grow indoor house plant fertilizer spikes and put a bunch around those plants
(Even though they are outside plants)
And set those up for my Mom at her house

So I have some Tomatoes, my Sister has some at her house and my mom is now set up too

I may or may not set some up for one of my other sisters at her house

I'm still at a loss as to what we are discussing here, if anything. This is a discussion forum after all, not a personal gardening blog site.

So once again I ask, what is your point? Do you have a question? Are you interested in discussing your very unusual methods? Or are you just looking for a place to post your pictures and are not interested in discussion?
