Honeysuckle Questions

Hi everyone. I would like to make a vine teepee for my children to play in. The teepee will be sited between the bases of three mature trees, so the vine must grow in full shade. I am considering using honeysuckle - two varieties I am looking at are Lonicera heckrotii, Honeysuckle "Goldflame" and Lonicera periclymemum, Honeysuckle "Graham Thomas". (I am NOT considering any of the Japanese Honeysuckles, Lonicera japonica, which I know are invastive.)

Does anyone have any experience with either of these honeysuckle varieties?

Will they grow in full shade?

How vigorous are they - should I plant them in the ground or in containers to help control them?

Is it safe to allow them to also grow up the tree trunks of mature trees, or will they damage the trees?

Or do you have another variety that you would recommend?

Thanks in advance!
