Click here for last year's discussion. Generally the advice is to remove it. The plant will branch out and it will be fine. Cold weather is one of the reasons for megablooms, which is why you see this a lot more frequently earlier on in the season.

Thank you Ikea, I knew I had read the information, but just could not refind it for anything.I did remove it because the sucker below it is really tiny, I think it will need the energy the tomato would take.
