Vermicomposting

Hi all. I just started my own little worm bin. My wife and I have 6 children and throw out so much food that I thought this would help out the environment, teach the kids a bit more about nature and, if all goes well and this is a long shot, enter into the vermiculture and/or composting business.

A family of 8 and little worm bin can be tricky. Make sure you dont overfeed the wormbin, that can cause problems.

But an outdoor bin would handle that excess!

Your children will love it. Mine think its the neatest thing. Of course their friends parents arnt all happy with me cause now their friends want "pet worms" lol
