It's a honeysuckle. Not sure what variety but some can be terribly invasive.

I don't think it is the invasive Japanese honeysuckle, Lonicera japonica. Looks more like Lonicera periclymenum. They are not exactly evergreen but very early to leaf out in my zone.

Thanks for the info! Some of the buds are blooming now. They are bright purple-pink on the outside and a pretty yellow on the inside. I think I like it but will keep it in check just in case it is invasive in my area.
