I am doing a vermicomposting area beside my garden. I have my worms under bales of straw. Recently I have noticed that the small ants about a mm long are there by the millions and have made extensive tunnels through several bales of straw. What I could get out I have burned the straw but how to get rid of the ants without harming my compost helpers? Any help? Thanks Plantnfool
