I've gone "raw" for now and only eat raw vegetables and fruits along with some nuts and sprouted seeds. One thing I have a lot of are young Thai coconuts. I whack the top off and drink the water and sometimes eat or freeze the meat from inside for smoothies. Sometimes, I'm too lazy to remove the meat. Any idea if it would be OK to compost them?
