Please ID Vine

I saw this vine on the side of the road. It use to be in the woods but they are widening the road. It was such a bright yellow/chartreuse color and covered in buds, tiny white flowers. Had a healthy poison ivy growing in the middle of it. I would like to transplant some of it to my yard if it is not invasive. I have tried to look it up on line but can't find anything that matches it.
