Same old question

Okay since my internet search skills stink, I will ask the age old question:

When I first planted the tomatoes they did well and produced, i have a lot of tomatoes on the LOWER plant, however, in the last 3 weeks either the blossoms turn yellow and fall off (some before they open) and some look burnt.

Now they are very tall and beautiful but if I had $5 for every flower I lost i would never have to work again.

Now 3 weeks ago for 2 weeks we had 100 degree weather, or is it a nutrient problem.

Thanks as always in advance
