Michelle, I'm a Master Gardener and my feeling on this is if you have a neighbor that is so rude and obviously doesn't even want to try with you (as proven with her first visit) I'd cut it off on your side, if it kills it, oh well. If she asks, tell her its ugly and you don't want to look at it on your side.

The heck with having to trim and prune what comes over to your side.

Weed killer on the tendrils that have climbed over to your side should do the trick :o)

...and you can always say you didn't know that would kill off the whole vine :o) Heh! Heh!

I think I'd move again. Remember, what ever you say or do, you have to LIVE there, and you will have'ft to deal with her reaction. It can be pretty unpleasant haveing someone on your case who just lives next door. My moto is to always keep the peace. :) Arum

I guess I'd try to be the bigger person and go over and let her know you are trimming her vine, unless she'd prefer to come do it herself.

At least that way you tried to be "neighborly".

:)
