I can't remember ever having a problem with blooms not setting fruit.Anyone else having this happening to them this year?

For me things have been different. I can't think of a year, in many years of growing tomatoes, that blossom drop doesn't occur or pollination doesn't occur with some blossoms on every variety that I've grown.

If you read some of the threads below on this forst page you'll see others complaining about lack of fruit set related to high temps or high humidity, or both, or lack of pollination.

Thanks Carolyn,I grow mostly Brandywine every year.I shake the plants, but this year didn't seem to work. The one thing I did different was to grow the seedlings 24 inches tall and planted them 18 inches deep.Could that make the plants late for setting fruits?
