I'd say no, but take the same care as when adding too much of anything into your bin. I put in bread crusts that my kids don't finish eating but the ratio between starch and other bedding is in the area of 1000:1 (may be an exageration but you get the idea). Unless of course the beans make your worms fart, you may not want that if it's an indoor bin.

The problem I have seen with too much starch is mold. I don't get mold with beans. I would be more concerned that they would sprout.

Mold (unless excessive) isn't that bad for compost worms. It breaks down the OM and the worms eat it all eventually. If mold spores is a concern the moldy OM can be buried.

I've had stuff sprout in the bin. I just pull it up, tear it and toss it back in.
