Need Help Identifying

20 years ago

I have a 4 tray worm factory that has been operational for 7 months and is going pretty well. Two weeks ago I put some extra worms/bedding/food in a new plastic bin and now have this fungus? mold? growing. Can anyone tell me what it is and if it is harmful. Thanks for your help.
