I found these little ice-cream cone shaped shelled creatures on the surface of my worm bin. They are approximately 1/4 inch long with a spiral cone shaped shell. At the big end there are hair like tentacles with which they attach to surfaces/things.

Can you identify them? Will they harm my worms?
